El Churros

Making churros is relatively easy— it's not rocket science. First, you boil water with butter and sugar and add flour and eggs afterwards. It's supposed to be a smooth process. However, the labor behind running and operating a churro business is not, especially with our attempt at innovation—making it thin. See, making churros is easy but piping it thin, is not. It requires grip strength of a rock climber and the precision of a surgeon. To make 3,000 individual pieces we needed to pipe for 6 hours a night. That also excludes making packages and running for ingredients. It is hard, however it did get easier because of these people. They carried the maroon strands of El Churros to its fullest. From El Churros' hardships and trials, they were there and eventually to its eventual success.

Also, we are SUPER GRATEFUL for the Piañar family. We couldn't have done this venture without you. Your mentorship, resources, and support took this simple business to its fullest potential.

Aside from that, churros weren't the only ones we were making but also bond, connection, learning, and unity. Thank you Sir Lito So and other ABM advisers for this opportunity.
