I have been tagged multiple times with this post.. So let me share my thoughts on this.. This is a huge snake to be exact, measuring up to 22 feet in length is not a joke especially wild reticulated pythons, but I am still skeptical if it really came from the wild or caught and been cared by other people and eventually got loose out of it's enclosure.. In this case you can only let the experts catch this size, no one should be around especially this kind of reticulated python because it can kill a full grown man..
Now, people have been commenting stuffs that makes them think they are experts.. Based on DENR's rule of thumb, never kill a snake if it has not done anything to you.. You are entitled to kill a snake if you are bitten at the same time constricted especially pythons, but this snake was killed because it was a snake and it was a big snake.. No one is entitled to do such crime unless the above mentioned happened to you or to any of your family members.. You can always call the authority or just wait for the snake to leave.. Killing is not always the answer to this kind of situation.. Please be educated..

The greatest fear is not being aware that snakes (pythons like burmese, reticulated, ball and other pet snakes which doesn't include venomous snakes) are also great pets.. Proper handling, education, patience and devotion to one's hobby can truly be rewarding in the end.. Having a pet snake tame as a puppy is the greatest achievement anyone can have and by the end of the day you can pass on that experience to anyone who is willing to learn..
We cannot deny the fact that people are so obsessed on how the Bible depicts the snake as evil. Let me correct that, evil transformed itself into a snake, that doesn't have to do anything of the snake being evil..
Now you might ask why the bible used the snake?
This is the main reason why. Of all the animals in the animal kingdom believe it or not the snake is the most flexible of them all, it would be hilarious if the author of the Bible used a monkey in deceiving eve to eat the apple right?? 😂😂😂
Just imagine how funny it would sound when you read the bible that evil transformed itself into a monkey and deceived eve..😂😂😂
The snake is one of the animals that is astonishingly bizarre! That is why the author used the snake.. Now clear your head about the thought of snakes being evil because they are not! The only evil in this world are HUMANS!

We all know that people do earn from vlogging and some people make it as a living, but using a reticulated python being killed and skinned for human consumption is a big shame on your part. As a vlogger you should have promoted awareness that they are not be harmed and killed for they are wild animals and they play a big role in preserving the ecosystem.
A snake which wandered into your neighbourhood just because it was washed away by the water or its habitat was affected by the heavy rain fall is never a reason for it to be killed. What you should have done is to catch it, kaep it and present it to local authorities so it can be released back into the wild. Just looking at this videos makes me sad, doing such is the same as posting a video about a dog or cat being killed and skinned for food. The reticulated python wandered into the area in search for a place to stay to avoid itself from getting wet but this uneducated people have to kill it for food. I would like to reach out that snakes are never to be harmed if they wander into your neighbourhood during this situation because all they want is to find a place away from the water. You might say that they are cold blooded animals and they can tolerate cold temperatures, NO! Even though snakes are cold blooded animals that doesn't mean they can tolerate cold temperatures, they also need certain temperature from the surroundings to regulate their body temperature that is why this reticulated python wandered to seek for a warm place but ended up on someone's menu. I hope everyone would be aware that this animals mean no harm as long as you do not provoke them. Snakes are animals not to be killed for food.

It was not his fault. To be honest he is the most gentle reticulated python i have.. Even how experienced you are, this will happen when you are used to hand feeding.. I just consider this as a LOVE BITE.. Accidents always happen, no matter how careful you are.. What's important is we understand their nature..
