Loomweaving forms the backbone of Vigan City's economy, and Melvin P. Quintos recognized the potential for a successful venture in this field. However, he understood that the path wouldn't be easy, given the saturation of loomweaving businesses in his community. In response to this challenge, they embarked on a journey of innovation and
product enhancement to stay competitive.

Recognizing the need for guidance and support, he decided to enroll in the Kapatid Mentor Me program. This decision marked a turning point for his business, as it opened doors to participation in various trade fairs and provided invaluable assistance in refining their product offerings.
