 Filipino Citizen
 Casual and Long Gown portion

Mechanics:
1. Open to all Male or Female aspiring singers at least 15years old and above.
2. To register: Interested contestant must messaged us in our ICON EVENTS FB Page or txts us at 09171221977.
3. We will only have 12 contestants per day in the elimination round on Nov. 18-19.
4. Top 6 Finalists will be selected from the 2 day Elimination round and will compete for the title on Nov 20 .
5. Winners will receive the following:
2BCON Singing Icon 2022 - 10,000
1st Runner Up - 5,000
2nd Runner Up - 3,000
All non winners will receive a gift packs from URC.

Criteria:
Voice Quality - 50%
Showmanship & Audience Impact - 20%
Performance & Stage Presence - 30%
