Trackerteer Web Dev Corp. is for a 𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 (𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗜𝗗-𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are looking for an Entry-Level to Mid-Level Telesales Representative to contribute to our sales efforts through proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, interact with diverse clientele, and significantly impact our company's growth.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule appointments for product demonstrations or further discussions.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

- Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Passion for Sales and good marketing strategy for selling our Products and Services with good Communication skills, or related fields, Degree not needed.

- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is not required for entry-level candidates.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

- A high school diploma is required; additional education or relevant certifications are a bonus.
