COTABATEÑOS AT CITY VISITORS NAKA REHISTRO NA BA KAYO SA DIGITAL ID SYSTEM?

Simulang ipatutupad sa September 1 sa Cotabato City ang Digital ID System na gagamitin para sa Contact Tracing Measures ng Lokal na Pamahalaan.

Ito ay base sa inilabas na Executive order 368 ni Cotabato City Mayor Atty. Frances Cynthia Guiani Sayadi.

⚠️Sa mga walang Digital ID simula sa September 1.

Ito ay hindi pinahihintulutan na makapasok sa mga Mall, Hotel At iba pang establisyemento na tumatanggap ng Overnight stay o temporary accommodation.

⚠️Sa September 7 naman ay kabilang na ang Large Fast Food Chains at restaurants sa hindi magpapa pasok na kustomer na walang Digital ID.

⚠️Sa September 14 ay maging ang mga Grocery Store, Pharmacy at Public transportation terminal ay hindi na rin magpapa pasok ng walang digital ID.

⚠️Sa September 21 kasama na din ang ang Colight, MCWD At bangko sa hindi magpapa pasok ng walang Digital ID.

⚠️At sa September 28.

Lahat ng Entry points sa Cotabato City ay mayroon na ring mag iinspeksyon ng Digital ID.

⚠️Sa mga hindi residente ng Cotabato City na walang Digital ID simula sa September 28 ay hindi ito papayagan na maka pasok sa Lungsod hanggat walang maip**ita na digital ID sa mga otoridad.

Sa mga Commercial Establishment na mapapatunayan na hindi ipinatutupad ang Digital ID system ay bibigyan ng Notice of Violation sa unang paglabag at sa ikalawang paglabag ay papatawan ng 20,000 hanggang 50,000 pesos na multa.

Para sa kaalaman ng lahat ng mga nais magregister sa ating Digital ID o may mga katanungan hinggil sa registration.

Narito po ang inyong mga dapat na alalahanin:

1. Para sa inyong registration, magpunta sa
cotabatocity-covid19.com

2. Para naman sa mga establishments na nais na magkaroon ng scanner ng mga digital ID, magpunta sa:

cotabatocity.ph/scan

3. Kung meron naman kayong mga katanungan hinggil sa inyong registration, hanapin lang ang official page ng ating mga IT personnel upang sila ang direktang makasagot sa inyo:

1. LIBRE lamang po ang REGISTRATION
2. Ipinagbabawal ang pagnenegosyo ng registration
3. Maaari mong ipaprint ayong DIGITAL ID, pero hindi ito pwedeng may babayaran kayong tao upang mag-asikaso ng inyong registration.

Sa kasalukuyan..

Umabot na sa 160,000 na indibidwal ang nagparehistro sa Digital ID System ng City Government.

110,000 Thousand ay residente ng Cotabato City habang 50,000 naman ay hindi residente ng Lungsod na nais maka pasok sa Cotabato City.

Mayroon na ring labing apat na “ Fictitious” name o Hindi totoong pangalan ang ginamit na nadiskubre ng City LGU.

Tini tiyak ng City Government of Cotabato na magiging “ Confidential “ ang ibibigay na impormasyon para sa Digital ID system ng Lokal na Pamahalaan.
