Applicants who have successfully passed the Notre Dame University- College of Law Admission Test & Interview for A.Y. 2023-2024 are eligible to enroll this year.

The enrollment to the Juris Doctor Program will be open from July 30 until August 3, 2024, while classes will start on August 5, 2024.

Just this year, the Bangsamoro Government of the Day filed Parliament Bill No. 273, otherwise known as the "Bangsamoro Indigenous Peoples' Development Act of 2024."

This Bill was filed pursuant to the mandate of the Bangsamoro Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Transition Authority to enact a law "to recognize, protect, promote, and preserve the rights of indigenous peoples in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region."

What are the salient provisions of this Bill? How does it related to the Indigenous Peoples' Rights Act of 1997? Will this Bill be the answer to the continuing clamour of the IPs in the BARMM for greater inclusion and recognition of their rights and welfare?
