Join us in celebrating Ednas School Alaminos’ 20th Foundation Anniversary by auditioning for the lead roles in Frozen: The Musical!

Audition Dates:

What to Prepare:

📌A 1-2 minute song from Frozen or a similar style.
📌A short monologue to showcase your acting skills.
📌Choose a character to portray during your audition. Be prepared to perform as that character!

Noong ika 29 ng Agosto 2024, ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang husay sa pagbigkas ng tula, pagsulat ng sanaysay, malikhaing kwento, paggawa ng slogan, spoken poetry at katutubong sayaw bilang paggunita ng Buwan ng Wika na may temang, “FILIPINO: Wikang Mapagpalaya”.

Suot ang kanilang mga makukulay na kasuotang Filipino, ipinakita rin nila ang pagmamahal sa sariling atin.

Isa sa mga katunayan ay ang pagtangkilik sa mga pagkaing tatak Filipino sa masayang Pista sa EDNAS.

Coming Together for a Cause: EDNAS School San Carlos Hosts Bloodletting Event

On August 28, 2024, EDNAS School San Carlos transformed its gym into a center of compassion as it hosted a successful Red Cross Bloodletting Event. In collaboration with the Red Cross Youth Club and the Senior Central Board of Students, the school welcomed students, staff, and community members from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN to donate blood.

The event was led by Miss Bernadette Vedana, RMT, and her team from the Red Cross San Carlos branch, who ensured a smooth and safe experience for all participants.

This event was more than just a blood drive—it embodied the spirit of unity and selflessness. Donors, whether seasoned or first-time, left with the satisfaction of knowing their contributions could save lives. The gym, usually filled with competition, resonated instead with the warmth of community and the values that EDNAS School San Carlos stands for.

The success of this bloodletting event is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when a community unites for a common cause. It was not just about donating blood—it was about coming together to make a difference.

This event inspires us to keep reaching out and supporting those in need, while celebrating our diverse and connected world.

Kahapon ay isang araw na napakasaya at matagumpay na ipinagdiwang ng Ednas School San Carlos ang Buwan ng Wikang Pambasa.

Sa araw na ito'y nagpamalas ng angking galing ang mga mag-aaral sa pagtatanghal ng mga Katutubong Sayaw, Pag-awit, Pagtula/Spoken Poetry, at Pagkukuwento.

Iginawad din sa mga nagwagi ang Sertipiko ng Pagkilala bilang katibayan sa kanilang natatanging talento sa bawat patimpalak.

Ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambasa ay isang mahalagang kaganapan na dapat gunitain. Ito ay patunay na ang Wikang Filipino at talentong Pilipino ay natatangi saan mang dako ng mundo.

ESD Grade 3 Pupil shines at the YEFF Ballet Competition in Hongkong

Jaeda Martina J. Roces , a Grade 3 pupil in EDNAS School Dagupan, captivated the stage at the Youth Educational Friendship Festival (YEFF) Ballet Competition in Hong Kong the prestigious Gold Award in the Contemporary Dance Ensemble category last August 9, 2024.

In addition, Jaeda proudly landed First Runner-Up for the Overall Champion title.

She stood out from around 55-60 skilled participants in each group at POOI To Primary School.

This is another milestone to our EDNAS School community .

EDNAS School Alaminos: Weaving Heritage and Pride Through the Colors of Buwan ng Wika

EDNAS School Alaminos celebrated Buwan ng Wika with the theme, "FILIPINO: Wikang Mapagpalaya", on Thursday, 29 August 2024. The day was filled with engaging activities, including Spoken Poetry, Pagbigkas ng Tula, and Masining na Pagkukwento, where participants from Casa Verde, Casa Azul, and Casa Oro showcased their skills and talents.

Adding to the festive spirit, the Stomps Club delivered remarkable performances. The grade school members enthralled the audience with "Binislakan," a traditional folk dance, while the high school members energized the crowd with a lively P-pop dance routine. These performances showcased the club's diverse talents and enthusiasm for both Filipino traditions and contemporary culture.

Highlighting the program was the vibrant display of beautiful Filipiniana attire worn by pupils, students, and teachers, symbolizing their pride and passion for the country and our national language, Filipino.

Everyone also enjoyed a Filipino Food Fest with an array of tasty kakanin and other traditional delicacies.

It was indeed a wonderful celebration of our rich language and culture!

TEGOS Administration and IT officers Attend GASTPE Regional Orientation Conference on the Implementation of ESC, TSS, and SHS Voucher Program for School Year 2024-2025

On August 29, 2024, representatives of the TEGOS Administration and IT officers attended the GASTPE Regional Orientation Conference in San Fernando, La Union. The conference focused on the implementation of the Education Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers' Salary Subsidy (TSS), and Senior High School (SHS) Voucher Program for the upcoming school year.

The event featured messages from Rev. Fr. Roderick G. Villamar, CICM, PEAC Regional Program Director for Region 1, and Undersecretary Annalyn M. Sevilla, Undersecretary for Finance. Ms. Rhodora Angela F. Ferrer, the PEAC Executive Director, provided updates on the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). Mr. Eimann P. Evarola, the Unit Head for Information Technology and Information Management for PEAC, discussed information security, data privacy protection, and the processes for certifying participating schools.

The program highlighted the certification of participating schools and recognized ESC-certified schools for SY 2023-2024. Additionally, discussions covered the processing of billing documents and the monitoring of participating schools.

PEAC has provided immense assistance to students in the private schools through their programs, helping to ensure access to quality education.

Pupils and students from Casa Azul, Casa Verde, and Casa Oro shared their skills and talents in various activities, including Poster Slogan Making and Pagsulat ng Sanaysay. Each participant beautifully showcased the richness of our language and culture, embodying the spirit of this year’s theme, "FILIPINO: Wikang Mapagpalaya." Through their creativity and eloquence, they highlighted the power of the Filipino language to inspire, unite, and empower.

WORLD Scholar’s Cup Global Round Winners and Tournament of Champions Qualifiers Meet with San Carlos City Mayor

A group of exceptional students from EDNAS School San Carlos, who recently excelled at the World Scholars' Cup, were warmly welcomed by the City Mayor during a courtesy call this morning, 28 August 2024, at the City Mayor’s Office. The delegation included global champions and qualifiers for the prestigious Tournament of Champions at Yale University.
The World Scholars' Cup, known for fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and global understanding among students, saw 13 participants from The EDNAS Group of Schools, 4 of them from EDNAS School San Carlos, and achieving remarkable success on the international stage. The students demonstrated outstanding skills in debate, writing, and various academic challenges, bringing pride to their community. Our champion Scholars from ESSC are:

Mayor Julier “Ayoy” A. Resuello, in his address, expressed immense pride in the accomplishments of the young scholars. He commended their dedication, intelligence, and the hard work that led them to such a significant achievement.

The City Mayor also highlighted the importance of education in shaping the future of the city and the country, encouraging the students to continue their pursuit of excellence. He assured the students of the city’s full support as they prepare for the upcoming Tournament of Champions.

The students shared their experiences from the competition, describing the rigorous preparation and the excitement of competing with peers from around the world. They also expressed their gratitude for the support they received from their school, teacher- trainers, and the local government.

The courtesy call concluded with a photo session of the City Mayor with the scholars who were wearing their medals, displaying their certificates, and posing with their Alpacas. He acknowledged their achievements and wished them success in their upcoming participation at the Tournament of Champions in Yale.

As these young scholars prepare for their next challenge at Yale, the entire city of San Carlos stands behind them, cheering them on as they once again aim to bring home more honors, reflecting the city's commitment to nurturing young talents and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
