Isn’t it fascinating that each individual strand can contribute to a whole weave to create a bag? Every strand plays a role in bringing about a beautiful creation. Despite facing challenges and obstacles along the way, these twists and turns ultimately lead to a wonderful outcome. This concept mirrors our own lives - when we align ourselves with our true purpose and the one who created us, even our scars and past failures can contribute to a meaningful and purposeful journey.——-But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.1 Corinthians 12:9-10. Blessed Sunday everyone!

When it doesn’t go as we hoped, our dreams and beliefs can fall apart. The passage in Habakkuk 3:17-19 is a comforting reminder. It doesn’t ignore life’s struggles, but it shifts our focus from despair to trusting in God, who can turn tough times into something meaningful and lift our spirits.Posting this verse in our local language to remind us of Ruyag’s beginnings. Ruyag is just a small manufacturing business fostering fair trade. When you buy from us, you purchase directly from Bicol’s local artisans. We hope to eradicate opportunistic “middlemen” who buy lower labor costs while earning more than the local craftsmen. Please help us spread kindness by patronizing locally-made products direct from grassroots manufacturers. ———-Sharing this short clip we took from one of our community member’s humble home.Just after dinner, Manoy Joseph and Manay Jenny (husband and wife) regularly devour their time in weaving. Each twine they create is a wishful yearning that someday, their sacrifices will pave a more promising future for their kids.✨💖#ruyagcommunity #fairtrade #locallysourced #localforlocal #inclusive #grassroots #weavingPH #betterfuture #localbusiness #PHproud #madeinPH
