On September 6, 2023, the 39th Commencement Exercises were held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This is the day that everyone is looking forward to attending this event, as it is the graduation day of the graduating students that have served by the Juniors for Seniors Organization for the seniors together with the campus executive committee members of the working committees.

It is hosted by Ms. Nicka Kwan and Mr. Arjay Dimapilis. And they have been delivered with uplifting words of wisdom by the honorable commencement speaker, Dr. Virginia D. Akiate, CESO III, Director IV, CHED Regional Office IV. Also, they are presented with an empowering message from the TUP President, Engr. Reynaldo P. Ramos, PhD., EnP.

It was a mixed emotion for the parents, faculties, and students as this celebrated their success for all the sacrifices and efforts that have now paid off. This is not the end of all, but the beginning of the next chapter of the endeavors of the graduates.

And now, from the Juniors for Seniors Organization, we are great to have witnessed and served you all with the support that you have also given to us for all the services that we have provided from day one.

On this day, we commemorate the life and legacy of Emilio Aguinaldo, a prominent figure in Filipino history whose courage, leadership, and vision opened the path for our nation's independence and sovereignty. As the first president of the Philippine Republic and the leading leader of the revolutionary campaign against Spanish and American colonial power, Aguinaldo epitomizes the spirit of resistance, tenacity, and optimism that has inspired generations of Filipinos.

Notwithstanding his difficulties and hardships, Aguinaldo remained a beacon of hope and inspiration for the Filipino people. He continued to battle for independence through diplomacy and advocacy, and his legacy carried on long after his death.

As we remember Emilio Aguinaldo's birth anniversary, let us renew our dedication to the principles of liberty, justice, and democracy that he stood for. Let us be inspired by his bravery and leadership, and strive together to create a better and brighter future for our beloved homeland.

In line with the Women's Month celebration following the theme “WE for gender equality and inclusive society”, this seminar aims to give men a chance to be heard. It aims to raise awareness of preventable health problems; encourage the early detection and treatment of health conditions in men; and support men and boys to engage in healthier lifestyle choices/activities. At the end of this seminar, students, especially men, are expected to be aware that their feelings are valid and that they now matter too even at Women’s Month. Men, after listening, are expected to allow themselves to speak up for what they think and feel without having a sense of judgment from whom they are talking to.

𝐊𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐀"𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆" 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐖𝐀

In line with the Women's Month celebration, we aim to empower women and provide awareness of violence and gender-related issues to our dear TUPCians. This also allows the students to interact with activities provided in between the seminars. With this event, the students are expected to open their minds about the endless gender-related issues. This could also help the TUPCians, especially women, to become who they are and do things that are more than what people expect them to do. In short—end stereotyping.
