Dear Patients,

We inform you that our Clinic will still not open on May 16, 2020 due to the fact that we are still on the process of completing our protective equipments (PPE). We will resume and inform you once we have completed everything.
For now we entertain online consultation with emergency patients and patients that have questions.

We also announce that we have a new set-up at the Clinic once we are open.
1. Our clinic only accepts APPOINTMENT PATIENTS.
a. You need to call/text our numbers to get an appt.
b. When you call/text us we have questions you need to answer about your current condition/health (PHONE TRIAGE)
2. We will only accept max. of four(4) patients a day. (three(3) patients with appt and one(1) slot for emergency case (walk-in))
3. Only one will go to the clinic upon appt but if need companion please limit into one.
4. Please wear mask all the time while inside the clinic.
5. We also inform you that we will take your temperature and there is a screening health questionnaire when you come to the clinic for new and old patients. So, please be HONEST in answering. (If your temperature is 37.8C and above, we cannot treat you and need to be rescheduled)
6. We will wear PPE while we are treating.

We ask for a little understanding from you and this is only TEMPORARY as long as Covid-19 is at risk in our lives. We are doing this to keep us safe.
