We are online cake makers. All transactions are made thru our page or you may request a meetup.
A full payment is required (to be paid thru GCash, BDO or Security Bank). Once paid, a screenshot or a copy of the deposit slip is sent thru our inbox for confirmation. NO PAYMENT, NO CONFIRMED ORDER POLICY.
Cancellations are accepted until 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee. We will retain 50% of the price of the cake and/or cupcakes to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
