Bumped into this post and had a self-assessment ☺️This is why I make sure to be of living proof. I have been selling skincare products since 2007. Since adik ako sa skincare, I decided to share my secret to other people. One of those is the newest baby Colladrink. Before, I honestly admit lalo na nung pandemic, sobrang nag-gain weight ako and I wasn't living healthy. Reason why I created the first and original slimming, glowing coffee para sa self ko aside sa makatipid🙈😂 Also, para ma-offer din sa iba since then, sobrang na-achieve ko na yung body weight goal ko. I started living healthy just recently. Like I literally have to change my lifestyle. Kaya nga if I felt demotivated before but I always remind myself na I need fo take care of myself coz I'm not getting any younger. I have to make sure in looking good and feeling good. Kaya nga, kahit andami ko napagdaanan kong struggles before, sobrang thankful ko kay Lord. Kasi akalain mo, kelangan ko lang pala pagdaanan yung mga yun kasi he is preparing me for something greater. Maybe if without those struggles in life, I may have not love myself even more. 🫶🏻

I was at my lowest point a few months ago. A lot of things happened and they were all unexpected. May nawala, bumalik, at dumating. But all throughout, I gave more than what I received..more than I can give. Kaya p**iramdam ko, ubos na ubos ako. Walang natira para sa sarili ko. The important things and people in my life became shaky. Nothing felt solid.

Looking back, I did all those because I didn’t love myself enough. But I realized, enough na yun. Time to prioritize myself. Ngayon, ako naman. Nothing and no one will hold me back now. I will become the best version of myself♥️

From now on, I will protect my peace.. I don’t want to lose myself again😌

I finally got my 3 certificates for lashes from Bali🤍

I didn’t post my journey during my lashes trainings in Bali. Ito talaga pinunta ko dun, not just to travel. But I spent the time to reaally focus and detach from social media. Although I have basic knowledge na rin sa lashes because of my training way back 2016, this is still such a big deal for me. This training I had was a different one — pang international level🥹🤞🏻

It was a 10-day (with 7-9hrs of classes per day😵‍💫) training. Until now I’m still on cloud nine kasi I can’t imagine I did it. Byahe palang going there I was doubting myself already. Knowing pa na training for lash techniques takes time and A LOT of patience.

Lately, these are my type of goals. New skills, certificates, and self development. These helped me so much in terms of my mental health. Kaya aside from my Skin Treats PH and CollaDrink babies, goal ko na na maging known in lash extensions, lash lift, and brow lamination here in Davao🙏🏻

It’s totally a different approach if you earned these skills internationally. Advanced Techniques which helped me realized how important it is for us Business Owners of such to be well-educated and well-trained. This is most especially that we are applying it around on one of the most sensitive part of our face which is our Eyes. It is vital for us to be knowledgeable enough to know what really are doing. I am proud to share with you na we are going to offer this soon at Naked waxing salon. As an owner, I am confident since I am a Certified Lash Technician.

To give you a little teaser, all the materials I’ll be using will come from Korea🇰🇷 My trainer in Bali, who has been in the lash industry for 10 years already, told me about her journey sa pag hanap ng perfect supplier for her materials. After so many trial and errors, nahanap niya in Korea and Indonesia and I’m just so happy I get to buy my supplies from her supplier too🥰

This is just the beginning of something more to uncover. I am manifesting to gain more certificates because at the same time, this is a good investment. This only shows how we can turn our passion into profit. Kaya I’m so happy how I’ve been setting my goals in life lately.

It is never to late to gain more experiences, skills and knowledge to achieve your dreams.🤞🏻

Can I just share a little realization…

We rented this Jeep just to watch the sunrise at Mt. Batur. First time ko maappreciate ng sobra manuod ng sunrise. I was just in the moment; wala akong ginawa kundi panuorin lang siya. This may be just a little thing sa ibang tao, but for me, this moment felt special. I felt like it was therapeutic for me and it gave me all the positive vibes I need for my mental health. I had the chance to reflect and breathe. Whatever we are going through, always remember that every day is a chance to start again. I felt like God sent me a message — that life is beautiful. It may sound cliché, but if you let it sink in, life really IS beautiful. You just have to try to look at a different perspective.

I’m just starting to appreciate life more in my few days of stay here in Bali. And I still have so many new things to experience on my to-do list. This trip is helping me a lot…and this is just the beginning🌞💛

So far, ito na pinaka spontaneous trip ko ever. I decided to treat myself and have a break for 10 days in Bali since this place is known for being a destination for ultimate health and wellness reset. This trip made me realize how important it is for you to endure and overcome whatever circumstance to get to your destination.

I arrived at Bali around midnight, without enough sleep as it was almost a 10-hour flight. We were immediately picked up by our tour guide to get to our first destination of the day which was a 2-hour ride from the airport. Knowing myself, I have trust issues with people I just met. I was doubting if I can trust our tour guide. At the same time, it was raining when we were on the road. I was worried that I won’t be able to see the sunrise. It was dark and foggy when we arrived at the city of Mt. Batur too.

We took the Sunrise Jeep Tour package and we had to experience rough road up in the mountains. The sunrise wasn’t visible as I expected it since it was cloudy. But out of all these things, I still get to experience seeing the sun shine so brightly. It was all worth it.

It’s the how that makes this trip worthwhile. I was able to get through whatever because I chose to believe that there are far greater things that I deserve. It’s that feeling of relief that I was able to overcome those.

Its been a while since I’ve been active sa social media.. Yung consistent talaga na like for every shipping, every delivery, etc.. If may bagong ganap or pasabog, yung always ka hype and excited to share! But these past few weeks, I admit na I’m not totally fine pati mental health ko. I’ve been experiencing anxiety lately. All the smiles I post in my social media, ang daming times na behind that umiiyak ako. I just chose not to post. But I appreciate those who know me too well kasi yung nakikilala sakin knows na there is something going on with me kaya first time na parang nawalan ako ng gana. Parang sinubok ako ng panahon talaga at ng challenges na to the point na I thought I will never be okay but yet, here I am feeling better little by little. That’s just how things go. If may di magandang mangyari sayo, dadaan ka talaga sa phase in life na you feel like you don’t understand anymore or like you don’t know how to handle it all..

But you know what, just cry it all out. I tell you, di mo namamalayan na nagiging okay ka na pala. Bumabalik yung sigla mo, yung dating ikaw. Kaya girls, IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY! Let's accept and embrace ourselves na tao din tayo na nadadapa. Ang importante marunong tayo lumaban! Always know na you are stronger than all of these and that you can always get over. Kaya natin 'to!🤗

So keep grinding, keep hustling! Keep doing what you love kasi dun babalik yung sigla mo na maging productive ka!♥️💪🏻
