Store water to prepare for possible prolonged/heavy rains on

DCWD customers served by the bulk water supply are advised to store water in clean and covered containers to prepare for the possible low water pressure to no water on June 11,12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2024.

PAGASA has released a weather forecast of heavy/prolonged rainfall that may result to the reduced flow or temporary stop distribution of the bulk water supply due to high turbidity of the Tamugan River.

To ensure water service continuity, DCWD will be operating full blast its groundwater sources. However, if the high turbidity level persists, customers situated in elevated locations and far from the storage facilities may experience low water pressure to no water during peak hours of water usage.

DCWD will be closely monitoring all affected areas to ensure that affected customers will be supplied within the 24-hour time frame.
