One of the first residential pieces of Facades Design Studio + in collaboration with good friends from Giant Design & Construction and some other Architect colleagues gave birth to the LC House, also known as the /𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩/ house projecting a slant roof solving the challenge of a solar disadvantage and as well as bringing balance to the interplay of vertical elements from fluted panels and the horizontality of unfinished concrete massing.

House LC exhibits a modest two-storey structure matching its context with a neighborhood that required using materials that are very specific in an effort to unify a community's identity as a whole.
