All students who will have a request subject for the 1st semester of AY 2022-2023, please submit your signed letter on or before Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

For all incoming 1st year students, please comment below so the program chairperson can add you in your official group chat. Please use your real name in your facebook account.

To all BS Entrepreneurship students, please check your Certificate of Enrollment (COR) and review if you have enrolled all your intended courses to enroll. If there are courses that are not in your COR, that means that you don't have a numerical grade in your pre-requisite subject.
What to do: Comply your IP on or before the adding period then request for adding via ASSCAT SIS.

For irregular students, please visit your program chair IN PERSON for evaluation so that you will be properly advised which courses to take.

We will start answering your Adding/Dropping requests tomorrow. We cater both online or face to face transactions for adding/dropping.

Adding and dropping schedule will be on March 9-11, 2022. Few things to remember before adding/dropping:
1. Follow the steps as stated below.
2. You cannot add a course if the prerequisite course is still IP.
Prerequisite course example: You cannot take Track 2 if you are IP in Track 1.
3. So, you have to comply your IP grade before you can proceed with adding your subject.

Please check your Certificate of Registration in your ASSCAT MIS Account to see which subjects were enrolled or not. Those subjects which were not enrolled may be due to the following:
1. You have no grade in the pre-requisite subject.
2. You are IP in your pre-requisite subject.

What to do next?
1. Comply your lacking requirements and ask you instructor to submit change of grade form.
2. Add the subject you intend to enroll during the adding and dropping period on March 9-11, 2022.

For students whose enrollment status is still pending, please wait until next week for the program chairperson to evaluate your subjects to be enrolled.

All 4th yr students, you are required to bring the summary of grades which you can get from the registrar's office for evaluation. Your schedule for evaluation will be on February 21-22 at the program chair's office. Please see schedule below.
