The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is extending the period for uniform compliance from 2 September 2024 to 30 October 2024.

Students who are still awaiting their uniforms will be granted an additional thirty (30) days to meet the uniform requirements. However, those students who have completed and claimed their school uniforms may start wearing them.

Pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order No. 63 Series of 2017, it requires the submission of a notarized Parent Consent for all local off-campus activities, including but not limited to educational tours, degree program-relevant events, field study, mission-based activities, seminars or conferences, retreats or recollections, community outreach programs, performances, and competitions.

With this, the Office of Student Affairs is in charge of the implementation of campus policies development as one of its core functions, which means that no student is allowed to attend and participate in any official off-campus activities unless the consent form is submitted. In order to ensure compliance and to streamline the process of documents, all students are instructed to submit their notarized parent consent using the Google Forms provided below.

Stay cool in civilian attire starting May 6th! Remember: dress comfortably but professionally. Still, students who opt to wear their uniforms may do so.
