It all started when I joined the Virtual Assistance Training conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology, Mindanao Cluster 3, at Sulop, Davao del Sur, Philippines which started on May 6, 2019 until June 24, 2019. For almost two months, the trainees underwent a rigid training that required us to submit several tasks and exercises that would lead to a Virtual Assistant job. The tasks include data entry and web research, speed typing aiming for 65 words per minute (wpm) or 15,000 keystrokes per hour (kph), transcribing audio and video materials in youtube, scribie and Gotranscript, securing verified accounts in banks, paypal and payoneer, handling email, tasks and calendar, customer relationship management, creating freelancer profiles in several freelancing platforms including social media profiles in facebook, twitter, instagram, and linkedin, social media management and graphics design, setting up a livechat, write and record a practice interview, composing proposal templates, and during the 21-day campaign, submit proposals in the freelancing platforms such as upwork, truelancer, linkedin, to mention a few. As we went through our tasks, we were introduced to several applications available in the internet that greatly helped in us doing the tasks required by our clients such as bitly, streak crm, and chatbot to name a few. The most dramatic transformation of all was the confidence that we developed within ourselves in applying for jobs posted online that can be done remotely, knowing that we have the necessary skill to deliver the tasks expected by our prospective clients. It felt like we were reborn and ready to face the world with renewed enthusiasm and eagerness.

With all humility and confidence and feeling empowered, I set up this page as a Professional Virtual Assistant, ready to accept remote jobs that my clients would delegate to me so that can do away with repetitive tasks and focus their attention on more important matters of their respective businesses. My clients have my assurance that I have their interest foremost in my mind. I can be their most trusted, creative and innovative Virtual Assistant. I can also be your accountant and bookeeper. Over the years, I have developed the character of hard work, integrity and excellence.
