Did you know that the main reason why I decided to make my own Pan Bisaya recipe was simply to have a carbo substitute that I can carry anywhere easily wherever I go... during travel, while training or when racing?

I also have a special salvaro recipe that contains all the important nutrients I need so that I can eat anytime I want especially when I travel.

Hello, everyone. Please be informed of the following changes starting next week pohon.

If you've been a fan of my salvaro since 2017, you know that you can only buy frozen salvaro... not fresh from the pugon salvaros like this year... and it's totally fine because it only takes 10-15 seconds for the microwave to transform the frozen salvaro to fresh-from-the-pugon-soft again. ( Yes. Oven toaster and steamer can also restore the softness of frozen salvaros but will require a longer time. )

With regards to time, baking salvaro requires lots of it. With jungkook busy with tours... charot!

ok... starting next week pohon, Fresh from the pugon will still be available... BUT on specific days only.

Fresh from the pugon Plain Salvaros: Mondays and Sundays only.

Tuesday-Saturday ( packed cooled plain salvaros and frozen plain salvaros. )

Fresh from the pugon with Coco Filling and CocoCinnamon Filling:

I created my own salvaro recipe back in 2017 so I can have a carb and protein rich food that's light to carry and I can eat right away especially during travel or training.

I cook 90% of all the food I eat and I'm very specific when it comes to the type of nutrients that I supply my body.

The salvaro that I eat for breakfast is 100% white flour because I usually do my sports training early in the morning.

I also have 100% wheat flour salvaro that I eat for dinner.

There are many ways to enjoy my version(s) of Pan Bisaya.

Using one or two pcs of plain salvaro as rice substitute for your meals is just one of them.

All salvaro sets for this morning sold out na.

Available sets later at 5:45PM : 10 plain, 5 coco, and 5 cococinnamon. For pick-up ( until 7:45PM only ) and delivery until 6:30PM only.

We have 3 best sellers, the plain, coco, and cococinnamon salvaros. The average time to prepare the dough for at least 200 pcs of salvaros is sooooooo long. It normally takes until 2am to finish 80% of the tasks ( kneading and shaping only ) ... the remaining 20% will start at 4:30 am and completed around 7am... just in time for delivery.

So... jungkook and I decided na to save time and so we can spend time with each other from 8pm... all salvaros will be round again and we will use color coding so that your orders will not get mixed up.

Our Pan Bisaya / Salvaros are pugon-baked daily and contain freshly harvested fermented coconut juice ( tuba ), coconut meat and milk, brown sugar and other special ingredients.

We also have: ( minimum of 7 sets )

* 100% refined-sugar free salvaros. Splenda can be used as substitute.

* personalized salvaros. ( with protein, whole wheat, etc. )

✅ Plain salvaros can be stored in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Follow reheating instructions properly.

✅ Salvaros with filling must be consumed within 24 hours or can be frozen for a maximum of 2 days.

⭐ Salvaros ( Plain ) are known to have a long shelf life when stored properly inside the freezer. Use of airtight container is highly suggested.

Reheating:

Best method = To bring back fresh from the pugon softness, use a microwave.

15-20 secs for 2 pcs.

30-40 secs for for 4 pcs.

Oven toaster or steaming can also be used.

Majority of salvaro lovers don't actually reheat their favorite Pan Bisaya because " lami ra man ghapon daw kaayo... "

But try to reheat your salvaro ( even when it's still a bit hot from the styro ) with a microwave and you will be amazed by the difference... it's like eating a salvaro immediately fresh from the pugon.

⏰ just make sure to follow the recommended time for reheating salvaros... because if mo exceed... the bread will have a rubber-like texture.

*oven toaster can also be used.

Yes, because I am currently pugon-baking my personal supply of salvaros. ( 60% wheat, 40% bread flour )

If you want to try the salvaro that I eat for my diet, I can sell some.

I have extra 3 loaves ( good for 5-7 servings ) P75 each.

And around 15 regular sizes. ( P12 each )

No. There will be no regular salvaro flavors tomorrow pohon because my neighbors who know how climb the coconut trees all went to the beach. Lol!

I don't know how to climb the lubi and also, it's kinda difficult to kagud the lubi all by myself. Lol!

Regular salvaro flavors will be available again on Tuesday pohon.

Pugon-baking salvaro since 2017.

Hello everyone.

Please take note of some changes re the Plain Regular Salvaro.

I started selling my homemade Pan Bisaya back in 2017 and took a break during the pandemic because I had to change my diet since I won't be training or racing anytime soon... and I also need to be with jungkook most of the time. Lol!

My pugon only became active again 2 weeks ago when I decided to bake Pan Bisaya again and sell them to my neighbors.

The ingredients and other materials are readily available in my backyard... I only need to pick them up... literally. ( except for the flour and sugar. Lol! )

I didn't have to buy coconuts, woods, vinegar, and most of all no need mag hire ug extra person because I only needed to prepare and bake few Pan Bisaya daily for my neighbors.

Everything changed when the fire nation.. charot... when I introduced my original recipe to the gym members... and when I reactivated my Pan Bisaya FB Page ( formerly Marianliza Fitness Bread. )

My mga suki from 2017 and mga new Pan Bisaya lovers na busy ug order daily, thank you so much by the way... now, my pugon is super busy daily.

The free supplies sa backyard are no longer enough to meet the number of Pan Bisaya that I need to pugon-bake daily...

The only way to accommodate the orders of Pan Bisaya lovers is to... BUY... extra woods, extra lubi for the tuno and another lubi for the filling... and most of all, hire an extra worker... which by the way... 2 na karon.

So unsa jud di ang point? Mo mahal na ang Plain Regular? NO!

Still the same. P35.

But... Starting April 18 pohon, instead of 5 pcs... the P35 set will now become 4 pcs.

And starting tomorrow pohon, April 12, the Regular Salvaro will take on a new form.

Why? 2 reasons:

1. So that it will be easier to differentiate the plain regular from the salvaro with coco filling when packing your orders.

2. Because the traditional shape of salvaro is elongated.

New shape, but same quality and everything.
