I just had the most amazing meal at chef Dee's, this restaurant would in my opinion rival most establishments in Ireland, the food is light and elegant yet complex, the meals are served beautifully and the waiting staff were friendly, well versed in the menu even to go as far as recommending certain meal, which I did, I had the crispy pork with side salad and rice, the pork was cooked perfectly, far was soft enough to melt in your mouth, the crispy skin was light yet crunchy and it came with a rather delightful side vinegarette which I enjoyed, I'm guessing it was a home blend of chilli, vinegar, onions and some calimansi. The dessert was just as nice as the main, l myself got a lovely shot of espresso with home made ice cream in a glass, which was just the right amount of indulgence after the meal, I even bought a coffee float to go, as it was one of the nicest coffees I've had here in the Philippines in a long time. The prices are very cheap too, I would go as far as to say too cheap, if I was asked to pay more I would have without even noticing, chef Dee's deserves far more praise than I can give but I tried my best, I whole heartedly recommend this lovely restaraunt in the heart of Don Carlos to anyone willing to give it a try, 5 stars, if I could give it 6 l definitely would
