Assists an experienced automotive mechanic with their job duties. The responsibilities of the helper are to assist the experienced mechanic with vehicle maintenance tasks, such as an oil change, tire rotation, or equipment repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
✓Responsible for all purchases of materials, supplies and/or equiptment.
✓ Work directly with the General Manager and external vendors to ensure items are ordered correctly, on time and with allocated budget
✓Coordinate shipment of purchased items to remote work.
✓Prepare necessary purchasing documents and liquidation reports
✓ Handles and maintain accurate purchase records

REQUIREMENTS:
✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/ College Degree of Accountancy or any related field.
✓Preferably with experience but NOT as much. Fresh graduate can apply, with good academic records.
✓ Teachable attitude and team oriented
✓ Computer literate and has good oral and written communication skills.
