Inspired by a time of the year we all celebrate full-throttle, our 🎄NOCHE BUENA 🎄 flavor is pasko in every bite!

Milk ice cream is dotted with heaps of hamon and queso de bola bits. Each bite is as familiar and comforting as your favorite Christmas sweater. ✨

It’s coated in a warm hug of dark milk chocolate, topped with Panaderya Toyo's laminado pastry pieces soaked through and through in sticky brown sugar, then seasoned with asin tibuok for salty harmony and a celebratory crunch! 🎉

To some it’s the anticipation for Noche Buena. To others, it’s the half asleep walk to the kitchen for midnight munchies. To us, it’s Christmas morning incarnate. 🎄

Whatever this flavor means to you, it has been our greatest pleasure to make this with and we hope anyone who tries it finds their own unique memory within it. ☺️

A river of gooey dark chocolate fudge nestled at the center of an ultra-lush malted milk chocolate ice cream cloaked by a mouth-filling, dark milk chocolate coating flecked with crunchy cacao nibs and a finishing flourish of a light and bright local citrus gem called dalayap!

It’s packed with so much real chocolate (the most possible—to still legally call it ice cream) that it is overflowing with rich, bittersweet chocolate flavor. Dense and creamy at the same time! 🍫🍫🍫🍫
