Since the onslaught of Typhoon Odette last 16 December, Thursday, Siargao has been critical and in dire need of help.

Hailed as the best island in Asia by Conde Nast Traveler, Listed as Top 1 in 2018 and 2021, Siargao the "Surfing Capital of the Philippines," also takes pride in its pristine beaches, white sand islets and many other natural wonders.

The picturesque island in Mindanao, Siargao, is now a haunting landscape of wrecked houses and buildings, fallen trees, damaged roads, flood debris, with no electricity and access to potable drinking water.

Today, we at Hang Loose wish to help rebuild one of our beloved destinations.

This movement aims to procure supplies such as food, water, clothing, and construction supplies to aid in the speedy recovery of our beautiful island of Siargao. This fund-raising initiative is by Hang Loose Helps Siargao.
