The landscape of offering graduate programs in MSU-GSC School of Graduate Studies (SGS) was changed to meet the requirements set by globalization, internalization of higher education, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In effect, the SGS aims to cultivate a culture of research and innovation, especially in teacher education, business administration, engineering, and public administration. It gives premium on interdisciplinary discipline and profession involving:

1). rigorous evaluation of academic work;
2). cutting-edge and interrogative teaching-learning contents and strategies
3). professional experience via teaching, research, and faculty exchange; and
4). production of original research or creative work.
