Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities:
Organizing trips to merchandising events and making travel arrangements as required.
Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes.
Placing and tracking orders.

PTPA: Looking for Project-in-Charge (Civil Engineer)
General Function:
The position is responsible in completing engineering or construction project and controlling project elements as required by the project schedule.
The position is responsible in ensuring project completion based on the approved project timeline, worked with the management and technical in ensuring over-all quality control of the work, coordinates with the project personnel in implementing project management processes, thus this includes schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other related activities such technical and contractions.
Duties and Tasks:
• Analyzing and resolving field construction issues.
• Prepare, review and distribute site instructions
• Be able to prepare BOQ, reports, meeting minutes etc.
• Inspect/verify material deliveries.
• Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 4-5 years related experience
• Broad knowledge in BOQ, project planning, cost efficiency, rebars
-Proficient in AutoCAD
• Willing to work in Alangalang Leyte (Accommodation is free via company Dorm-Airconditioned rooms with own shower and toilet areas.)
