𝗘𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗹-𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗮, also known as 𝘌𝘪𝘥 𝘘𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦, is one of the two most significant Islamic holidays celebrated worldwide each year.

It honors the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham in Christianity and Judaism) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God's command. However, before Ibrahim could sacrifice his son, God provided a ram to sacrifice instead.

It's a time for Muslims to come together in 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧, 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 of their faith and commitment to God. 🤍

It’s an 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘯, the month when devout Muslims fast daily from dawn to sunset. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗻 is a time of 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨.
