JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technical Facilitator shall provide technical assistance to the Area Coordinating Team, Municipal Coordinating Team and the community volunteers of the different barangays on the implementation of the Community Empowerment Activity Cycle and ensure that community infrastructures build and managed by volunteers meet KC prescribed design, construction and procurement process and project standards.

Kons Roxan Escanilla Roxan Escanilla is an elected official of the Municipality of Gubat, Sorsogon. He was elected as member of the Sangguniang Bayan on the recently concluded National and Local Election May, 2022. He was a former Provincial Federation President of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Sorsogon, serving the youth for almost 10 years.
