The Region 8 Association of Local Budget Officers, Inc. (REALBO) hosted a 5 Days (August 19-23, 2024) training workshop focused on Budgeting and Procurement Process for Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials in Eastern Samar. This workshop was attended by SK Chairpersons, SK Secretaries, SK Treasurers, Budget Monitoring Officers (BMOs), and various Barangay Council members, held at Maddison Hotel. The session aimed to enhance their understanding of financial management and procurement procedures, equipping them with essential skills for effective local governance.
