As the Palarong Pampamantasan 2024 is fast approaching, we would like to remind every participant about our requirements for the medical health assessment.

In addition, we would also like to remind the sports coordinators, coaches, and student coaches to kindly give us the official list of participants so we can start the procedure.

All participants may visit the university clinic during operational hours for the assessment procedure; make sure to bring all the necessary documents stated in the attached photo. Incomplete requirements = no medical assessment.

Please note, that we do not condone any form or tolerate forging of your parents or guardian's signatures under any circumstances.

and most importantly, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE EVERY PARTICIPANT TO DECLARE ALL THEIR MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR HEALTH CONCERNS DURING THE HEALTH ASSESSMENT PROCESS. This will help us ensure how we can provide all the necessary care, resources, and precautions that will ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

Kasunod ng pinaigting na surveillance dahil sa deklarasyon ng World Health Organization sa mpox (dating monkeypox) bilang isang Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), nakapagtala ang DOH ng isang bagong kaso ng mpox sa Pilipinas. Bago ito, ang huling kaso ay naiulat noong Disyembre 2023. Ang lahat ng mga naunang kaso ay na-isolate, naagapan, at gumaling na sa sakit.

Mula sa Kagawaran ng Kalusugan (DOH) protektahan ang sarili at ang ang buong pamilya laban sa sakit at maling impormasyon. Maging handa sa banta ng mpox - sundin at tignan ang ilang Health Reminders sa mga larawan.

3. STATE THE PURPOSE OF YOUR MESSAGE

• “My classmate mentioned that…”
• Heads Up: Hindi kami si Madam Auring, so please be clear about what you want. We’re not mind-readers here!

4. ASK FOR CLARIFICATIONS
• “Could you please clarify if…”
• “May I confirm whether…”
• “Can you clarify the schedule for…”
• Fun Fact: Mixed signals aren’t just for dating. Be direct—no one has time for cryptic messages!

5. END THE CONVERSATION WITH GRATITUDE
