KMME-MME GRADUATION | Ten (10) mentees from Davao del Sur successfully graduated from the Kapatid Mentor Me-Money Market Encounter (KMME-MME) Program yesterday, July 6, 2022, in a ceremony done via Zoom.

The mentees graduated after having completed ten (10) weekly modules & mentorship and after having presented their Business Improvement Plans (BIPs) to a panel last June 30 - July 1, 2022.

The successful mentees were the following:

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or other related disciplines. A Master’s degree or units earned is preferred.

Training:
At least twenty-four (24) hours of training in planning and procurement, project development, coordination, or related field.

Experience:
At least four (4) years in position/s involving the procurement process, contract management between the suppliers, with a background in project development, and evaluation, preferably in foreign assisted projects implemented by an economic government agency.

Competency (if applicable):
1. Knowledgeable in Philippine Government Procurement processes (RA 9184);

2. Knowledgeable in the procurement processes and tools from selecting vendors / due diligence, establishing payment terms, strategic vetting, selection, the negotiation of contracts, and actual purchasing of goods;

3. Experience in the preparation of AWPB, APP, PPMP, and the competitive bidding process

4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Competencies:
1) Familiarity with Value Chain development planning and procedure, economic development tools;
2) Oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino;
