Aranda Youth Assembly (AYA) is now opening its doors to aspiring youth volunteers ages ranging from 15 - 30 years old from Barangay Aranda, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. This newly-bred youth group aspires to gather the youth of Barangay Aranda with varied stories to tell and heart to serve as we embark a new experience of fun while leading and serving the community. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Sin-o bala ang pwede kaintra?) 1. A bonafide resident of Barangay Aranda, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental; 2. Ages ranging from 15 - 30 years old upon application; 3. In good moral standings, and has not been subjected to any criminal charges; 4. Applicants who have diverse backgrounds: regardless of social status, educational background, economic standing and religious beliefs; 5. an active youth member of any youth-serving organizations or civil service organizations but has the commitment and will to dedicate their time and resources to AYA. A clear photo of Live Birth Certificate; 3. A clear photo of Vaccination Card (for health records purpose only); if has not yet been vaccinated, just proceed to the next part of the application process and submit your responses. ARANDA YOUTH ASSEMBLY August 28 - 29, 2022; Sunday & Monday GENERAL AND SPECIFIC GUIDELINES; GAME SYSTEM 1. Open to all Hinigaranon Youth whose age must be 22 below before the game dates on August 28 and 29, 2022; 2. Inter-Barkada with strictly NO import from other LGUs; 3. NO Varsity who has an on-going contract with any educational institutions inside and outside the province or endorsed by a specific volleyball club; 4. Only 8 slots for each division can be accommodated; 8 for Men's and 8 for Women's; 5. Game system will be played through a Knock-out system with 5 sets play; SCREENING AND REGISTRATION 1. Registration fee is at Php 1, 000 per team; 2. Screening is on August 20, 2022; Saturday; 3. Each player per teams shall bring: 1. Original Live Birth Certificate and 2. Vaccination Card (No Vaxx, No Play Policy); 4. On the day of the registration and screening, teams must bring ALL the listed official players of their team. Strictly, no staggered screening is observed, failure to bring all the listed players of the team will result to the non-inclusion of the player or players who are not present in the team's screening schedule. PRE-REGISTRATION THROUGH GOOGLE FORM 1. Interested teams shall fill up the google form in order for the organizers to facilitate the strict 8 slots only policy of the tournament; 2. The google form will only ask the team name and the official and final set of players in the team who will come on the screening and registration day on August 20, 2022; 3. Everyday, the organizers will update in this page the teams who pre-registered in order to inform other interested players on the remaining slots in each divisions; 4.
