DONATION DRIVE INITIATIVE

Local Youth Development Council of Hinigaran in partnership with the SK Councils of the Municipality initiate DAMPIG: LYDC-SK Driven Donation Drive Initiative for the Victims of Mt. Kanlaon Eruption last June 3, 2024 affecting thousands of residents in Canlaon City, La Castellana, La Carlota and other neighboring towns near the 4 km RDZ.

You can donate in-kind goods in forms of canned goods, potable water, hygiene essentials, ready-to-eat foods, face masks and other deemed necessary needs of the people severely affected.

We also accept cash donations in forms of e-money or cash enclosed in an envelope with your name as the donee.

Two Major Events Pulled-Off through Craft, Talent, Skill, Wit and Value-laden Individuals!

Aranda Youth Assembly takes pride in sharing our stories of triumph and success through the collaboration of the youth in Barangay Aranda for a very successful Mutya sang Aranda 2024 last January 17 and the recent success in Hinurugpong Festival Dance Competition that paved us to grab the Championship tilt last February 18.

In one-month span, we were able to produce quality and grand production even without enough and ample resources. But through the collaboration of great minds with one goal -- that is to put Barangay Aranda in the pedestals of excellence, nothing seems impossible.

Truly, Aranda Youth Assembly showcased not only the talents and craft of every youth but also the spirit of grit and excellence that are naturally embedded to our soul.

Through and through, we are thankful for everyone who have shared their resources in any means. Imagine? Your support comes a long way, a lasting impression that AYA is a bastion of productive youth. THE TALE OF TELLING STORY THROUGH DANCE AND EX*****ON!

Brgy. Aranda's Tribu Himakas entry in Hinurugpong Festival Dance Competition 2024 grabbed the Championship tilt and three special awards: Best in Streetdancinf, Best in Choreography and Best in Costume.

This success is a shared story of ascension despite the lack of resources limited financial support. However, through the cooperation, persistence and support of each dancers and propsmen, we were able to surpass the challenges and reach our desired outcome.

As one Aranda Youth Assembly, we are humbled and honored to represent Barangay Aranda in Sitio Feria, Candumarao's Hinurugpong Festival Dance Competition on February 18, 2024. With no to little resources, we have reached this grand production composed of 15 boys, 14, girls and 12 propsmen, a total of 41 production staff -- an ambitious yet fulfilling endeavor all for the greater glory of the Lord and for the pride of the community.
