QUALIFICATION OF CANDIDATES:

All bona fide students seeking elective position in the PRMSU Biology Majors Society shall comply with the Article IV section III of the PRMSU Biology Majors Society CBL as follows:

a. He/She must be a bona fide Biology student of PRMSU
b. He/She must not be under disciplinary and academic probation.
c. He/She must have no record of any school violations.
d. He/She must not exceed more than 3 executive positions in any other organizations inside the campus.
e. He/She must have at least one (1) year of residency in the College of Arts and Sciences to be elected as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate shall be required to submit to the COMELEC the following requirements:
a. Duly Accomplished Certificate of Candidacy (as a party) (with one (1) 2×2 picture)
b. Calendar of Activities (draft)
c. Certificate of Registration for the past two (2) semesters and the current COR
d. Certificate of Grades or Screenshot of Student Evaluation from SIAS for the past two (2) semester
NOTE: Form for Certificate of Candidacy shall be acquired from the COMELEC before submitting all necessary documents.

In the heart of the Philippines lies a province bursting with natural beauty and ecological diversity: 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬.

Recently, a group of young biologists from 𝙋𝙍𝙈𝙎𝙐 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨: 𝘽𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 embarked on a captivating journey to unravel the secrets hidden within its landscapes and seascapes.

On May 2nd, the level three biology students delved into the depths of sea grass and coral reefs at Brgy. Garreta, Palauig, Zambales. Armed with curiosity and scientific tools, they ventured beneath the waves, conducting assessments to better understand these vital marine ecosystems. Each discovery illuminated the intricate web of life thriving beneath the surface, showcasing the delicate balance that sustains our oceans.

The journey continued on May 3rd, as a level two biology student traversed the terrestrial wonders of Brgy. San Juan, Botolan, Zambales. From verdant grasslands to dense forests and tranquil freshwater habitats, every step offered new insights into the interconnectedness of nature. Armed with field guides, they meticulously documented the flora and fauna, shedding light on the rich biodiversity that flourishes on land.

Throughout their journey, these both level of young biologists were captivated by the beauty and complexity of Zambales' ecosystems. Their tireless efforts not only expanded our understanding of these environments but also underscored the importance of conservation and stewardship. As they return from their fieldwork, their findings serve as a reminder of the urgent need to protect and preserve our natural world for generations to come.

Indeed, the journey of these young biologists through the landscapes of Zambales is a testament to the power of exploration and the boundless wonders that await those who dare to venture into the wild.
