Yesterday, we lost a legend of a man who envisioned the Global Surge Camp ministry into fruition. Pastor Jereh Rufin, who is better known as Pastor Jay-R, impacted more than a million lives and is with our Lord now, rejoicing with all the saints and angels in heaven for a job well done.
In behalf of The Highlands Camp Philippines staff and workers we would like to pay our respects and send our deepest sympathies to the bereaved family but we also celebrate the life of Pastor Jay-R who left an eternal legacy that impacted the lives of many people all around the globe.
