GOVERNMENT-ON-WHEELS RELOADED PROJECT: ONLINE APPLICATION ASSISTANCE CARAVAN FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITS AND CLEARANCES

In the interest of service and as part of our priority activity in 2022 to increase the percentage of compliance to Notice of Violations (NOVs) issued, the Environmental Management Bureau Region X, in collaboration with the City Government of Iligan and the Provincial Government, through its City Environment Management Office (CEMO) and the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO), announces the return of “GOVERNMENT-ON-WHEELS” RELOADED: Online Application Assistance Caravan for environmental permits/clearances of establishments which were issued with NOVs for non-compliance to either PD 1586, RA 9275, RA 8749, and RA 6969, Establishment that were recently inspected by EMB or any Establishment that are potentially covered by our Permitting System. The priority this year is to conduct online application assistance caravans in Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte, Camiguin, and Misamis Occidental.

The first caravan was held on September 29-30, 2022, at Robinsons Place, Valencia, Bukidnon. The next a caravan will be on October 20-21, 2022 In Iligan City to be held at the Atrium, Robinsons Place Iligan.

Note that there will be a pre-screening of requirements to be conducted by our Provincial Environmental Management Unit (PEMU) office a week before the event to ensure that the requirements prepared by the applicants are completely accomplished and ready for submission on the day of the activity.
