We are thrilled to announce that 𝐀𝐥 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 and 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 of 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐬 have reached the finals as 1st Rank in Mindanao in the 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄: 𝐁𝐮𝐰𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞. This taxing competition will take place on the 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 at the Queen City of the South — Cebu! 🌊

The elimination round already commenced and concluded last October 26, 2024, where our very own 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘀 along with 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 (𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐥 and 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐫) and 𝗕𝗮𝗧𝗔𝗫 (𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐧 and 𝐖𝐲𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐧̃𝐨) faced off against some of the brightest accounting minds from universities across Visayas and Mindanao. The 3 teams from MSU-IIT fought hard and showcased their wits and eventually, we came out on top earning a spot among the elite top 9 finalists.

The event, hosted by 𝐔𝐒𝐂-𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲, and in collaboration with the 𝐁𝐈𝐑 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟑 is not just any other event, it is an appreciation to the knowledge and innovations in the world of taxation. Accordingly, with the theme “𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬”, our team is set to take complex tax problems head on and showcase their skills and expertise on the big stage.💰
