What is STRABISMUS?

Strabismus is ANY MISALIGNMENT of the eyes. Common types of strabismus include
1) ESOTROPIA, more commonly called "duling" or "libat";
2) EXOTROPIA, also known as "banlag" or "manukon".

These conditions are treatable with eye glasses and eye muscle surgery, in order to align the eyes properly.

Here is an example of a 9-year old boy with MIXED MECHANISM ESOTROPIA, that has been corrected by Strabismus surgery.
