Life in Asia Expressed through Art

I left the USA on July 3rd 2004 and it is now September 2018 and I am writing this from my small office/ art studio on the island of Mindanao Philippines. I will spare you the details and the personal reasons that brought me to South East Asia as it might be too painful or it might just be none of your damn business. Leaving America and living in Asia has been a real awakening for me. I have seen poverty that if I described it fully you could not comprehend it. Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China and the Philippines all over the course of the last 14 years: It doesn’t just have pockets of poverty but large segments of the population struggle in ways that most Americans could not endure.

The result was 14 plus years of Art work as doing Art became a coping mechanism for me. Now this a large collection on hand it is time to go public with my art work.
