The CBNHS Rayuray celebrated the National Flag Day on 28 May 2024.

The Philippine flag stands as a testament to the nation's resilience and enduring spirit to cherish the first use of the Philippine flag after the victory in the Battle of Alapan in 1898. This day serves as a reminder of Filipino patriotism and nationalism. It represents the country’s struggle for independence and its values of liberty, equality, and fraternity.

Value of The Month: ADVANCEMENT

Advancement is an act of moving forward. It is the ability to improve our prospects in life that includes improving skills, knowledge, technology, achieving a higher level of success or accomplishment.

In short, advancement is what we need to effectively “go beyond” ourselves, and to advance our missions.

SSLG rally at eleksyon, idinaos!

Idinaos ngayong araw ng ika-7 ng Mayo 2024 ang taunang pag pili para sa mamumunong mag-aaral ng Supreme Secondary Learner Government ng CBNHS Rayuray.

Bago ang aktwal na eleksyon sa paaralan ay nagkaroon ng room-to-room rally ang dalawang partidong naglaban para sa mga iba’t ibang posisyon sa SSLG. Ang ginanap na pagboto ay ginawa sa pamamagitan ng secret balloting. Pagkatapos ng pagboto ng mga mag-aaral ay binilang ng ang natamong boto ng bawat kandidato. 🗳️🧡

Panagiburay 2023: CBNHS Rayuray’s Gift Giving Activity

A gift giving activity was conducted today, 19 December 2023, with the 21 daycare learners of Nagbacalan as the beneficiaries. This activity was spearheaded by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government, together with all the other interest clubs of the school, teaching staffs headed by the School Head, Mrs. Thelma S. Ruguian, and volunteer students of CBNHS Rayuray.

The main objective of this activity is to provide school supplies to selected learners. It also instills the value of generosity to all the students as they donated school supplies to gain enough resources for the gift giving.

The gifts included school supplies like colored paper, pencils, sharpener, eraser, ruler, glue, pair of scissors, and an ABAKADA reading book.

Appreciation is much extended to the supportive parents, learners, Brgy. Council of Nagbacalan, and everyone who took part in making this activity possible.

The school is delighted that again they accomplished another activity. Seeing those kids who received the gifts was so heart-warming. Their smiles can radiate to everyone to real essence of Christmas - sharing of blessings.

CBNHS Rayuray Joins the Simultaneous Tree Planting Activity

December 6, 2023— City of Batac National High School Rayuray joined the tree planting activity.
The memo, issued by Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte, outlined the guidelines for the implementation of the project entitled “DepEd's 236,000 Trees - A Christmas Gift for the Children.”

The project, DepEd said, will serve as a “gift” from the DepEd to “ensure a clean and green environment for Filipino children and future generations.”

Tree planting initiatives in schools can bring together students and teachers to work towards a common goal. As trees provide shade, improve air quality, and create a calming atmosphere, enhancing the overall ambiance of the school.

SSLG, YES-O, other teaching staff and students of CBNHS Rayuray joined the said activity.🌱

City of Batac National High School Rayuray celebrated the Students' Week 2023 last 28-30 November 2023 every 4:00-5:00 PM to develop love for the country, to adore the words of God, and to seek for fun and delight.

This celebration was a carnival of creativity, fun, and learning. It has been a week filled with joyous and interactive activities and games organized by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government to promote friendship, teamwork, and cooperation among students, and to encourage mutual understanding and respect.

Mr. CBNHS Rayuray, Aidrian Chris Ramil, will be as bright as the sun, his intelligence and confidence will make him confidently shine.

Miss CBNHS Rayuray, Johanna Mitch Gamet will sparkle like the stars, her wit and inner strength will glimmer with extravagance.

These characteristics will be their instrument as they will contend on stage for Mr. and Miss InterHigh 2023 on December 14 at Imelda Cultural Center Front Activity Area.

CBNHS Rayuray athletes, coaches, and faculty, headed by the School Head, Mrs. Thelma S. Ruguian, and Sports Coordinator, Mr. Clyds Deo A. Damaso, shone brightly as they have joined the opening for Inter-School Sports Festival, today, 16 November 2023 at the Mariano Marcos State University School Grounds. This has been a cue to ignite the camaraderie and sportsmanship of the Jaguars as they will do well with other teams in this sports tournament.

The opening parade and program was eagerly participated by the Jaguars unveiling their athletes, coaches, and other faculty members who are always ready to SHINE.

The parade started at the Ilocandia Cultural Center, and ended at the Mariano Marcos State University oval for the opening program. Their dedication to walk despite the scorching heat did not waver.

THE GAME IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!!! So let's support together the roaring Jaguars in their participation for the Inter-School Sports Festival 2023.

ARTEMIO RICARTE
Oct. 20, 1866-Jul. 31, 1945

Yesterday, October 20,2023, was the commemoration of the 157th birth anniversary of one of the Batac's greatest sons, Gen. Artemio Ricarte, also known as Vibora (Viper) through a simple wreath-laying ceremony at the Ricarte National Park and Shrine.

Ricarte was a Filipino general during the Philippine Revolution and the Philippine–American War. He is regarded as the Father of the Philippine Army, and the first Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The City of Batac National High School Rayuray students with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government officers, Ms. Elizabeth Blas, a teacher, and Mrs. Thelma S. Ruguian, School Head, joined the ceremony. It was an honor to celebrate the birth of a hero.
