This is an important step to showcase Pencak Silat to the Olympic committee and a worldwide audience, and one step closer to Pencak Silat becoming an Olympic sport in 2036. Philsilat Sports Association, the NSA of martial arts sports Pencak Silat is organizing the 2nd leg of its 2024 Officiating Seminar Series V.2.0
This is a 5-day seminar on Officiating Training for Class 3 Wasit-
Jury, and License Upgrading for Class 2, and Class 1 Wasit-Jury, organized by Philsilat Sports Association Inc., at the Diamond Jubilee Hall, Iloilo City from August 12-17, 2024.

Seminar Course Module as follows:
1. Class ( Developmental Level ) those who want to start earning credits for them to secure their TO License Class 3.
- One must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate issued in the last 3 years:
- Must be proficient to perform the Seni Tunggal Jurus and BeRegu Jurus
- Must complete a 100-hour practicum prior to their Licensing Exam
- Must pass the Licensing exam for Class 3 TO

2. Class 2 ( Upgrading from Class 3 - those who want to start their License Upgrade to Class 2.
- One must possess a Philsilat TO Class 3 License for more than 2 years.
- Must have served as a TO in several competitions in the last 2 years. Must show proof ( License Book duly signed by the TM or Organizing Comm. Head or Certificates of Participation/Appreciation issued by the host Organizing Committee Head.

3. Class 1 ( Upgrading from Class 2 - those who want to start their License Upgrade to Class 2.
- One must possess a Philsilat TO Class 2 License for more than 2 years.
- Must have served as a TO in several competitions in the last 2 years. Must show proof ( License Book duly signed by the TM or Organizing Comm. Head or Certificates of Participation/Appreciation issued by the host Organizing Committee Head.

NOTE: For a License to be issued, one must possess all the requirements set by the NSA, Philsilat Sports Association among its Licensed TOs' such as: Current TO License (for upgrading seminar participants), Basic Life Support Cert issued in the last 3 years, passing the Licensing Exam given by Philsilat; completing the number of hours of practicum as TO - for Class 3 Developmental Level only)

Hurry register now! Slots are limited to a maximum of 30 participants ( 10 participants per break-out group). First-come-first-served only.
