ILONGGO ARTS UNLIMITED SECOND EDITION - MEME MAKING CONTEST:

Mechanics:
1. This contest is open to all Ilonggos and Ilonggos at heart.
2. Only one entry is allowed each contestant.
3. It should be connected to the topic, QUARANTINE RANTS (The meme should show the concerns of the Filipinos during quarantine period).
4. Entries shall be submitted through our page, Ilonggo Arts Unlimited
on or before May 28, 2020.
5. 70% of the scores will be based on reactions and shares, while the 30% will be on the Ilonggo Arts Unlimited group.

Criteria:
30% Wit and Substance
30% Haveyness
20% Relevance
-The meme should show the concerns of the Filipinos during quarantine period.
20% Uniqueness

P.S. Ilonggo at heart - lives at Iloilo for work, for education, for relatives, or loves Iloilo and want to express your art for it.

Do’s:
• Be funny, but consider your target audience and make sure that the meme you choose will resonate with them.
• Stay on top of Internet culture to keep a pulse on popular culture events that would be relevant for memes.
• Keep your meme simple.

Don’ts:
• Use a meme that has offensive double meaning behind the meme you’re posting.
• Copy or plagiarize someone’s work.
• Neglect to read the terms and conditions Facebook and other social media platforms have in place regarding contests.
