The Centralian community joins the world today in raising awareness for 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲.

It’s a day to remind ourselves and also our friends, colleagues, and especially, family, that mental health greatly matters, and that we all have a role to play in supporting those who may be struggling.

Let’s take this opportunity to educate ourselves, share what we can to enlighten others, and offer compassion to those who need it. Sometimes, simply reaching out with those who struggle can make a difference.

Officers that personify the notion "great leaders are not those who have no weaknesses; great leaders simply display clear strengths," and therefore strive to leave a mark within this academic community.

An appreciation for their support to those who have been with them all this way. With this new journey, they are focused on maintaining the values of hope, hard work and dedication as well as passion & commitment. They work together to lead efforts in advancing education and promoting fellow camaraderie.

CPU Organizations and Fraternities join the Celebration of ASEAN's 57th Founding Anniversary with a creative twist the Sining Bayanihan: Trash2Art. Held at the Alumni Promenade and Concert Park, this event showcased the power of community and collaboration as participants transformed everyday waste into stunning works of art.

The event was a testament to the strength of community spirit, reflecting ASEAN's ongoing commitment to fostering cooperation and mutual support among its member nations.

On 𝑨𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕 25, 1937, Iloilo became a chartered city, a significant milestone in its history and development (Iloilo City Government, 2023).

📌Iloilo City, located in the Philippines' Western Visayas region, has a long history that dates back to the Spanish colonial period. The Spanish established it as a settlement in 1581, naming it "𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗢" after the local Hiligaynon word "𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴," which means "𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲" due to the shape of the mouth of the river. During the Spanish period, the city grew into an important economic and cultural center, and it maintained its prosperity under American rule.

This day, we celebrates our beloved city's growth and achievements as it transitioned from a vibrant town to a lively city. Here's to the spirit of progress, unity, and community that is helping to shape Iloilo's a prosperous future.🥂💖
