RECEPTION PROGRAM

I. COCKTAIL HOUR

This is the time between ceremony and reception. Break time kumbaga. Recess time. Ang couple during this time, busy sa photoshoot. After the postnup, may retouch pa. And it would take around 1hour o mahigit pa lalo kung may travel time pa from church to reception venue.

The couple would book photobooth, band, grazing table and drink bar just so the guests who are already at the reception venue will be entertained, the guests will have something to do and something to eat while they are waiting for the reception to start. On top of it, AVPs will be played on the screen or coordinators will round a guests book for the guests to answer. Lahat na para di ma bored ang guests nila.

And a looott of times, may lalapit padin sa coordinators "Hindi pa ba mag i start?" And I would answer them, "Mam kanina pa po tayo nag start. The band is already playing, the photobooth is open, the cocktail foods are served."

To all the wedding guests out there. Matuto po naman maghintay. Lalo kung meron naman nai provide si couple na pwede nyong pagkaabalahan while waiting. Kung naghihintay kayo at walang food, walang photobooth, walang kahit ano, siguro mas understandable ang complaints. Nakakainip nga naman.

The couple paid their Photo/Video team to capture their same day edit video. Sayang naman kung ika cut dahil lang di na makapaghintay ang guests.

May pre-games ang mga host during this hour pero, hindi sila nag i start hanggat hindi pa nearly done ang couple kasi pagtapos ng games, yung momentum, magda die down. Games are prepared to hype up the guests para pag ready na, energize ang guests to welcome the newlyweds.

Araw naman ng couple ang wedding nila. Pagbigyan nyo na. Unawain nyo na. Be patient to wait a little longer. Entertain yourselves. Mingle around. Enjoy it.
