On June 14, 2024, Prelude de Musique Music Teachers gathered for an insightful Piano Adventure Piano Workshop led by the renowned Dr. Randall Faber.
This immersive workshop provided a platform for attendees to enhance their teaching abilities and foster a deeper understanding of the Piano Adventure method. Dr. Faber, the visionary behind the acclaimed Piano Adventure series, generously shared his wisdom and skills, guiding participants through innovative teaching strategies. By incorporating practical demonstrations and engaging discussions, the workshop empowered educators to refine their instructional techniques for both young and adult piano learners. Prelude de Musique firmly believes in equipping its music teachers with the most up-to-date knowledge and resources. By attending this workshop, our educators gained valuable insights into the Piano Adventure approach, enabling them to foster a dynamic and effective learning environment for all piano students. Among the celebrated performers was our very own Preludee Zak Gabrielle Arellano, a remarkable 7-year-old who achieved the 2nd place in the highly competitive A2 Filipino Works Category.

On April 21, 2024, the Piano Teachers' Guild of the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (PTGPFI) hosted its prestigious Winners Concert. Among the celebrated performers was our very own Preludee Zak Gabrielle Arellano, a remarkable 7-year-old who achieved the 2nd place in the highly competitive A2 Filipino Works Category.

Zak's triumph is a testament to his perseverance, discipline, and unwavering love for Filipino music. Despite his tender age, he exhibited an exceptional level of skill and a profound understanding of the traditional instruments he played. PTGPFI Winner's Concert and Awarding Ceremony 2024!

I'm inviting you all to watch the PTGPFI Winners Concert as our very own Preludee Zak Gabrielle Arellano ( Zakilog Arellano), 7 y.o., got 2nd place (HIGHEST RANK) from A2 Filipino Works Category last April 14, 2021.

With perseverance, discipline and love for Filipino music, the panel of judges saw not how perfectly Zak played the pieces, but with a heart of a performer. We are truly honored to represent Cavite apart from the Manileños. We didn't expect to get this far, but God give us the winning price.

Thank you to all Prelude de Musique patrons and supporters, special mention to Arellano Family, who give an unconditional support to their child, Zak. To Team PDEM, special mention to T. Mary Ann Elman, thank you for reaching out for us to the committee, you are an angel.

For all aspiring musicians, I encourage you all to participate next year, wherever part of the world you are. As long as you put your heart on something and you work your best effort, the returns are unexpectedly astonishing.

Inviting everyone to witness the pool of talented young Filipino pianists as they perform their winning pieces in the just concluded PTGPFI Etude and Filipino Works Competition 2024.
Concert and Awarding Rites will start at 2:30pm this coming Sunday (April 21, 2024) at the Founder's Hall of the St. Paul University Manila.

Our very own Preludee Zak Gabriel Arellano, 7y.o. particiapted in the much awaited piano competition last April 7, 2024at St. Paul Manila. We were able to join the A2 Filipino Works Category.

Thank you Lord for giving us strenght, wisdom and guidance. Zak was able to go to battle of April 14, 2024. as one of the Finalist.
