FYI,

In Preparation for the Operationalization of ZSPH Dialysis Center, Those who wish to avail
of its services, please be advised to have their patients listed on July 27-28, 2020 at
ZSPH DIALYSIS CENTER, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Those included in the initial listing will be prioritized for assessment by our nephrologist
on July 29, 2020.
