4 – VERY SATISFACTORY
5 – OUTSTANDING

Once done:

b. The courses taken for this semester are displayed. Click on the courses enrolled, one by one, until all teachers are evaluated.
c. The faculty are evaluated based on their performance. Tick your rating opposite each indicator based on the rating scale provided, and write your comments/suggestions for teacher’s improvement, if any.
d. If you miss an item, the system will prompt you to complete the evaluation.
e. Thoroughly review your ratings.
f. Lastly, don’t forget to hit the “Submit” button to complete.
