Are you an incoming freshmen student of La Carlota City College under the College of Education? Are you struggling financially and having a hard time purchasing your school uniform? This is for you!

The College of Education of this institution will be having a program of donating used but not abused school uniforms from its continuing students.

This program is called “Panublion: Empowering Students through Giving”. Through this, it will lead students to be more enthusiastic and driven in their studies, wherein they will be empowered to continuously learn amid their lack of needs.
