John 15:5
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. "

Fruitfulness totally depends on our fellowship with Christ. A disciple must be fruitfully connected to his divine source to produce for eternity. A branch by itself cannot produce fruit; it needs the vine. Not we but our Lord has the divine resources. The branch produces what is drawn from the vine. We must come to a recognition that we are not sufficient of ourselves. There is a danger in self-sufficiency.

The principle that Jesus teaches here is that it is not possible to render anything for God without dependence on Christ. No man has the capacity to do anything for God in his own strength.

Tam-an BMPC successfully hosted the KADASA Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and Farmers Cooperative from Nagbitin, Villaverde on August 10, 2024, for a benchmarking activity. This event provided an invaluable opportunity for visiting cooperatives to gain insights into our management and business operations.

The team was warmly welcomed by our BOD Vice-Chairperson, Dir. Wilson B. Daulayan, along with our dedicated Admin Manager Naomi Ruth Tumitit and HR Trainer Jefferey Lobyok. Their expertise and guidance, along with insights from the Resource Speaker and CEO of SAFECO, Mr. Raymundo "Kokoy" G. Dela Cruz, set the stage for a day of learning and collaboration. We are especially thankful for Mr. Raymundo's valuable contributions.

We deeply appreciate the support and trust of KADASA Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and Farmers Cooperative under the inspiring leadership of Chairperson/Founder Lito Callejo. This benchmarking activity not only highlighted the strengths of our cooperative but also fostered a spirit of unity and shared growth through our "Cooperation among Cooperatives" principle.

Facilitated by the HR and Administrative Departments, this event showcased our commitment to positive change and innovation in our cooperatives.
Together, we are committed to building a brighter future for all.

Tam-an BMPC is stepping into a new era with the unveiling of the Cooperative Assurance Center (CAC) located at the First Floor, Business Operations Head Office Building in Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. This milestone was celebrated with the Ceremonial MOA Signing , held at Tam-an Mt. Resort and Hotel on August 13, 2024. This momentous event signifies our ongoing dedication to innovation, growth, and empowering our members and communities.

We were deeply honored to welcome the esteemed leaders of CLIMBS, including President & CEO Mr. Noel B. Raboy, CLIFSA CEO Henry M. Lopez, VP for Sales Renan P. Diaz, Area Sales Manager for North Luzon Regie Dailo, Regional Sales Manager Jobelle P. Dimara, General Agency Manager Betty K. Ramos, and CAC Field Specialist Donita B. Gammad. Their presence at this event highlights the strong partnership we’ve forged and our shared vision for a brighter, more resilient future.

We were also delighted to welcome representatives from neighboring cooperatives, including Tricord MPC, Hojap MPC, LAGSADECO, Pusuac MPC, Coop Bank, and IFSU EMPC. Their participation in this special event truly embodies the spirit of collaboration and mutual support that brings us all together and drives our shared success.

The event was successfully facilitated by the Loans Department under the inspiring leadership of Chief Loans Officer Jonard Fortez, CAC Manager Rene A. Dalmaso, Administrative Department Manager Naomi Ruth Tumitit and Mediation and Conciliation Committee Representative Ms. Marlyn Galapon.

This partnership with CLIMBS is more than just a collaboration—it’s a promise to create new opportunities and make a lasting, positive impact on the communities we serve.

Tam-an BMPC had the privilege of visiting SACDECO’s Head Office in Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, on August 7-8, 2024, for a meaningful benchmarking experience. We were warmly welcomed by their dedicated team, under the inspiring leadership of CEO Eva B. Garnace-Borja, including Executive Assistant Ms. Joffel Shane Marcos, Training Officer Ms. Rowena Pascua, Marketing Associate/Youth Development Officer Mr. Harold Handoc, and Marketing Manager/Laboratory Coordinator Mr. Harold Ping-ay Cortez.

We were inspired by SACDECO’s approach to youth engagement and financial literacy, particularly through the efforts shared by Labcoop Vice Chairperson Dir. Cathline Ping-ay.

In the spirit of collaboration, Tam-an BMPC representatives, including Education and Training Committee Member Ms. Sally P. Patong and Marketing Manager Kimberly Keith M. Pumihic, along with our marketing officers, shared the best practices and strategies.

We are deeply grateful to CEO Ms. Eva B. Garnace-Borja and the entire SACDECO team for their exceptional hospitality, openness, and the valuable exchange of ideas. Everything There is a Season

In Ecclesiastes :31 affirms two important reminders:
The things we go through in life are not in vain.
Our situations will not last forever.

If you are in a certain season of life, you can be confident the season will come to an end at some point. This verse serves as a reminder that our circumstances will change and that is something we can come to expect in life. Whatever God takes us through has purpose, perhaps to deepen our faith or to helpFor us achieve breakthrough in an area of life.

We will get over our sorrows. We will get out of the valley. We will go through hardships. And whatever season of life we find ourselves in, it will have a beginning and it will have an end. We will enter new seasons, too. Ones that bring relief, hope, or a deeper sense of faith.

Followers of Christ do exactly that, they follow after His way. This is the meaning of the term Christian; to be Christlike. While Jesus was here on earth, He was baptized in water by His cousin John. This was a symbolic meaning of new life, much like child-birth. This was also a public profession of Christ’s ministry here on earth. He didn’t need to be baptized but He did as an ensample to us. Which is why we are baptized, its a public profession of our new life in Christ.
