Today is the first day of a 2 days International Conference of the Philippine Society in Parasitology, Inc. To all our registered participants, here are some announcements and reminders:

1. The exact location of the conference at the Ateneo de Manila University is at PLDT CTC 413-414 Building in reference to the map locator (no. 20). A locator map has been sent to your respective email addresses.

2. To all presenters, please wear smart casual attire.

3. We would like to remind all oral presenters, both in the undergraduate and professional categories, please send your PowerPoint presentation in advance. Please send your presentation to [email protected]

4. Your name has been forwarded to the security personnel of the university. Please bring a valid ID that you will present at the gates for entry. Vehicular gates are Gates 2 and 3 (please refer to the locator map sent to you).

5. For the Nature Walk, only the first 30 participants can be accommodated. If you receive an email, it means that you have been selected to join the activity. Wear comfortable shoes as this entails walking around the campus. Bring and put on insect repellent. Check the weather advisory on the day of the activity. You might want to use sun protection like a hat or put on sunblock, if necessary. Bring recyclable water containers.

6. The parking space may be accommodated at Gonzaga, Spillover at Lower East. Guards are around to assist the participants in locating the parking space. Please come early for the parking space.

7. Registration will start at 8:00 AM today.
