Girl Scouts Encampment isn't just a camp; it's a space for us to learn, grow, and have a great time together.

Throughout this encampment, we were not just setting up tents; we were building connections. I know some of you took this opportunity to meet new people, share stories, and maybe even learn a thing or two. Who knows, you might leave here with more friends than you came in with.

We should remember, this isn't just about earning badges or ticking off activities. It's about enjoying the journey, facing challenges together, and making memories that will last a lifetime. So, let's make the most of this time, learn from one another, and create some awesome experiences.

Also, remember that crazy rain that tried to ruin our fun? Yeah, well, it didn't work. We're Girl Scouts, and we're tougher than that. Sure, our tents leaked like faucets, and our muscles feel like they're about to fall off, but guess what? We're still here. We're still smiling. We're still having an awesome time.

These challenges, they weren't meant to break us. They were meant to reveal the Girl Scout within each of us. The one who can tie a perfect knot with numb fingers. The one who can build a fire with nothing but wet sticks and pure determination. The one who can sing off-key with enthusiasm just to keep the spirits high.

But you know what? In the midst of the damp and the dirt, something incredible has happened. We've formed a bond, a sisterhood, not built on comfort, but on shared hardship. We've learned to laugh at the absurdity of it all, to huddle together for warmth, to share the last bit of our snacks, and to offer a helping hand, even when our own arms felt like jelly.

We've stared down the rain, embraced the discomfort, and came out stronger, more resilient, more united than ever before. We may have traded our clean shoes for mud and dirty shoes, but our hearts were beaten with the rhythm of courage, compassion, and service.

So let this encampment not be remembered for the rain, but for the rainbows we saw in the puddles. Let it be remembered not for the aches, but for the high fives of encouragement and the cheers of support. Let it be remembered not for the soggy tents, but for the fires of friendship that burned brightly within them.

Because, dear scouts, that's the true mark of a Girl Scout. Not the absence of hardship, but the way we rise above it. Not the comfort of routine, but the thrill of adventure, even when it comes with a side of mud.

So hold your heads high, scouters! We may be a little damp, a little sore, but we are Girl Scouts, and we are unstoppable. Let's carry this spirit, this grit, this incredible bond back to our communities, and show the world what it truly means to be a Girl Scout. We are the rain dancers, the mud angels, the problem-solvers, the change-makers. We are the 36th Girl Scout of the Philippines provincial encampment, and we are a force to be reckoned with and ready to heal the earth.
